The Great Eagles of the Misty Mountains soar high above the kingdoms of Middle-earth, keeping their distance from the world. But in times of great need, they will still come to the aid of free peoples, using their great beaks and broad talons to carve through the armor and flesh of their enemies.

Although the Great Eagles are ancient beings, some of them are still young by their own standards. These have not yet reached full maturity, and can be identified by the white color of their majestic plumage. This doesn't make them any less fearsome, and even a young Greater Eagle can slash and tear its opponents with frightening ease.

This plastic kit lets you assemble two majestic Great Eagles, for use in the armies of the Eagles, the Battle of the Five Armies and the Men of the West. Each is a mighty bird of prey, capable of flying over defenses and attacking behind enemy lines, harassing flanks and eliminating priority targets. They can also be used to represent Fledgeling Great Eagles.

The kit comprises 16 plastic parts, 2x Citadel 60mm Round Bases, 2x Citadel Small Flying Bases and 4x Citadel Ball Stems. These figures are supplied unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paint.
