As commanders of tyranid swarms, Hive Tyrants enforce the will of the Hive Mind on the battlefield. Winged Hive Tyrants are spawned to lead airborne swarms and provide a mobile synaptic node. Wielding all manner of terrifying organic weapons, these monstrous bioforms express all the synaptic power of the Hive Mind and spread terror and death wherever the terrifying shadow of their great wings falls.

This plastic kit allows you to assemble a Winged Hive Tyrant, an imposing and incredibly versatile beast of command that can be equipped to take on all sorts of roles on the battlefield. This menacing creature makes a great centrepiece for any Tyranid army. It has two huge wings with a fibrous texture and only its tail is in contact with the ground, giving the impression that the creature, with its wings spread, is soaring through the skies or diving on its prey. The kit comes with a variety of weapon options, including two sharp claws, a heavy venom cannon, a choke cannon and a bone sword combined with a bioknout, as well as biomorphs such as adrenal glands and toxin sacs, plus plenty of elements to customise your Hive Tyrant. You can also assemble this kit as a Hive Tyrant or the terrifying Swarm Master.

This kit contains 59 components and a 60 mm round Citadel base. This miniature requires assembly and painting. We recommend using Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
